About the Owner
William Robb is the owner and founder of Will Roof It, LLC, a residential and commercial roofing company based in San Antonio, TX. As a dedicated roofing contractor and construction professional, William leads the team with a client‑first mindset, focusing on high‑quality roof replacement, roof repair, and exterior improvements for homeowners and businesses across Central and South Texas.
Growing up in San Marcos, Texas, William graduated from San Marcos High School in 2004 and went on to attend Texas State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology / Construction Technology (now Construction Science and Management). During this time, he worked at McCoy’s Building Supply as foreman of the lumberyard, serving contractors and homeowners and developing a deep understanding of building materials, construction methods, and customer service.
After college, William gained valuable experience working for several commercial general contractors as a superintendent, managing large‑scale construction projects. While he appreciated the technical challenge, he found that high‑volume commercial work often lacked the personal connection with clients that he valued most.
In 2017, William transitioned into the roofing industry by joining a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor in the Austin, TX area. By focusing on each client’s needs, educating homeowners about roofing systems, and providing honest recommendations, he quickly became a top producer. In 2020, he moved to San Antonio and joined another GAF Master Elite roofing company, once again rising to the top through his commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
After a pivotal conversation with two mentors in January 2025, William decided to launch his own roofing company built on integrity, education, and service. Will Roof It, LLC was officially established in February 2025 and now serves San Antonio and the surrounding communities with professional residential and commercial roofing, siding, and window services.
William’s drive to serve clients and his reputation for doing the right thing have earned him strong relationships with roofing manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals. Their continued support strengthens Will Roof It’s ability to provide reliable roof installations, lifetime workmanship warranties, and personalized service for every project.
